No stats being shown
-
I’m not sure if I’ve posted this yet or not, but I’m not getting any counts on the Analytics page. I’ve made sure searches have actually been made. What should I check?
Thanks

Hello
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Please reconnect the account using the following button:
https://i.rankmath.com/ljb7S7
2. Fetch the data again using the following button
https://i.rankmath.com/lB6yXQThat should help. If not, please let us know. We really look forward to helping you.
I know I already posted this reply so there might be multiple threads. I’ll post my information again.
I did the steps requested but fetching the data didn’t do anything (and I know it changes to “fetching” and shows me a total time at the top so I knew nothing was going on).
I reconnected again. That time it asked me for permission to access my Analytics data. I granted them all. I then noticed the property information was gone, so I added all that again.
With everything in place I pulled the data manually and after it was done I still have no stats at all. 0 hits on everything. What else can we try?
Thanks
Hello @jamesprw
Let’s try following these steps:
0. Take a complete backup of your website.
1. Please ensure that the website is live and is the same website for which you are fetching the data. The staging/local sites won’t work as the plugin matches the posts after fetching the data and then shows the stats.
2. You are not using Google Analytics v4 as that is not supported yet.
3. Delete the data from here:
https://i.rankmath.com/4Hoypz
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-general#setting-panel-analytics
4. Remove Rank Math’s app from your Google account:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions?gar=1
5. Then use the disconnect button from here:
https://i.rankmath.com/mL06mL
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-general#setting-panel-analytics
6. Remove all the pending actions related to Rank Math from here
/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler
https://i.rankmath.com/2Dlw98
7. Clear all the cache, including the server-side.
8. Deactivate the plugin and reactivate it.
9. Connect your account with Rank Math’s app from here:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-options-general#setting-panel-analytics
Please note that you should see the permissions screen again.
10. If the data does not show up after the fetching completes, please rebuild the index for Analytics from here:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-status&view=tools
(this shows up in advanced mode of RM)
https://i.rankmath.com/ZasisTPlease let us know if that helps.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Wow….. looks like a lot to sort out. Wouldn’t it be easier to just have an off button for this somewhere?
Hello @silencio55
That is an edge-case scenario.
But you can simply turn off the Analytics module and not be worried about the stats not getting fetched.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
Thanks. Appreciate it.
Note: I also have Google Site Kit Plugin installed.. Is this a possible conflict and or duplication of what RankMath is adding?
Would I want one over the other.. ie.. is RankMath going to give me more features/benefits or add something that SiteKit doesn’t?
Also… I do NOT have the Analytics activated and still getting this error
Note: My mistake.. I had the Analytics addon activated but NOT connected.

Hello @silencio55
If you are using SiteKit plugin, you can safely turn off the Analytics module of the Rank Math plugin.
Both the plugins do almost the same thing. The Rank Math simply shows more data compared to the other plugin but then you can check all that data inside GSC & Analytics as well.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
I completed the steps as indicated. Some didn’t have the shown options however.
I have reconnected my Rank Math Account. Now I’m curious about this screen under general settings/analytics:
https://prnt.sc/vb0f02Do I connect? Because I’m not seeing stats at all now, nor is my Google account showing connected to Rank Math like it did before.
Thanks
I went ahead and connected Rank Math. It now shows connected to my Analytics account when I view my security settings on my Google account.
I still don’t get any stats.
Nothing has seemed to work. I would like to see that data.
I’m still hoping to see some stats here:
https://prnt.sc/vfqjpbI tried all the suggested steps and nothing has changed. What else can we do to diagnose this?
Hello @jamesprw
Can you please check if the following tables are getting created in the Database?
wp_rank_math_analytics_gsc wp_rank_math_analytics_objects
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Could you give some assistance as to where I would look for those?
Thank you
Hello @jamesprw
Can you please follow the instructions outlined here?
https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/no-data-from-search-console/?view=all#post-106983Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi.
There is some confusion – most likely from duplicate posts. This has been solved- I’m getting (at least) search traffic counts. I don’t think the other stats have enough activity for me yet to show up.
I will definitely keep the instructions you sent as a reference.
Thank you.
