• Extremely unprofessional with email and pdf styling. The format of the email and pdf looks like “a kid had just started to learn typing on a notepad, not on the word” and you can do nothing much about it. We had this plugin on our website but we decided to revert back to the old system, which was way much better than the Everest system.

Support: Their chat system is terrible: You will have to wait for hours until somebody replies to you.
I would suggest not to waste money on it.

  • Hi @anilstudy123,

We are sorry for the inconvenience that you faced with the plugin and the add-ons. It is really unfortunate to know that our plugin and add-ons were not up to the mark that you expected.
However, I would still like to share some insights about the Email and the PDF. I would like to let you know that you can customize the PDF to a certain extent. In the docs here: https://docs.wpeverest.com/everest-forms/docs/pdf-form-submission/, you will see that we have described there how you can change the font, font size, and display format.

Moving to Emails, with the new Email Templates add-on, you can customize your emails to a whole new level. Please take some time to go through this doc to learn more about it: https://docs.wpeverest.com/everest-forms/docs/email-template/
I am sure you will find it helpful.

Lastly, regarding the delay in support, we accept that there have been some delays in recent days. It is because of the festive time here in Nepal. All of our team members are on leave and working on nonregular hours and this is why the delay has occurred. I hope you understand.

I hope you find this information helpful and also hope that you will upgrade the rating. Looking forward to a positive response from you.

    Regards!
