First of all, thank you for this great plugin. I’m having no trouble uploading files, but I cannot use the “download file” button on the backend to easily download the files. When I click it, it creates a 403 error in relation to wfu_file_downloader.php, and does nothing. I haven’t changed any permissions and they match all of the other php files on my site (644).

Does it require special permissions to run, or would my custom default upload directory – /files, not /wp-content – have something to do with it? Let me know, thanks!

Hi, I suspect that it has to do with some kind of security restrictions on your web server.

Do you have access to the error log of your web server? Maybe something is logged there about this error.

    Regards
