fatal error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /home4/paulluce/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 278

I have gotten this message and tried to fix using these steps

1. Can’t find the phi.ini file
2. Can’t find the line in wp-admin/includes/misc.php to increase the memory limit
3) Can’t find the .htaccess file in /public_html folder (perhaps it is hiding…..)
