can’t access log in; also no wordpress format displays

  • I uploaded wordpress again, which I had previously deleted, to my server. When the website displays, it is not in any wordpress format and it displays with the date on which I had previously installed it. In addition, I am unable to access the log in page. I get the following message when I type my URL, https://www.DrMikeIsIn.com, into the browser.

    Not Found
    The requested URL /wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade.php was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I have no clue what to do. Can anyone help?
