Gift card amount not deducted from cart total

Since the WooPOS 2.0 update the Gift Card payment amount after entering the gift card number isn’t deducted from the cart total price. When forwarding to checkout the customer pays the full amount, without the gift card amount deducted. We didn’t make changes to the settings of the plugin after the update. Do you have advise on this problem?
