access updraft seetings via wordpress admin

Hello,
I have updraft on 2 sites and updraft vaults; however, following a failed attempt to re-connect a vault after a period of not using updraft (it said “connecting” but never did), just accessing the updraft settings page via wordpress admin is now impossible as the page cycles interminably. So, I can’t tell you the version other than it’s the latest. And, I’ve tried logging in with a cookie free browser with the same result.
I’d just like to use the product. Are there issues with it at the moment and how can this problem be solved? WordPress version and so on is all up to date. Caching is cleared regularly.
