OneClick Chat to Order only stores the configuration data you set through the plugin setting, locally on your site (this plugin does not collect and send data to external storage).
All the data are handled by your website (database) such as recipient number (in this case your number), customer’s data and order details, IP etc (which are handled by WordPress and WooCommerce).
The plugin only works with the data that have been stored in your site, and using them in order for the customers to send the message to the recipient number.
The only thing I can point out to you is that, once the customer click the WhatsApp button appeared on your site, their WA number will be exposed to the recipient (the number you set through the plugin setting).
Because they will send the message to the recipient using their active WA number through WA.
You can add it up into your privacy policy regarding this plugin.
I’d suggest you to discuss more with someone expert on this.
