HTTPS Redirects With .htaccess
-
I’m trying to figure out how to maximize the redirect performance on this site (HTTP to HTTPS and / to www). GT Metrix says it is redirecting too much, and I see in the .htaccess, W3TC does this (without needing to ping the WP database). However, it takes longer than it should. If I add a redirect snippet at the top of the file, the site breaks with too many redirects.
Is there a way to force that redirect to happen sooner? Thanks.
