Permissions of an ‘Author’

  • Hi,
    I’m looking for a role type that would be similar to those of an author but not only on ‘post’ level, but also on page level. Meaning he would be able to edit pages that are assigned to his username.
    Is something like that possible? Because role-type ‘editor’ gives permission to edit all pages and posts, but I would be looking to restrict that.
    Interested to hear any options!
