  • Are you using a CDN which you’ve made changes to? The canonical version of your site seems to redirect to the AMP version at present, while still using transitional mode.

Yes we are using Cloudflare CDN.Any issue with that?
    How to fix that issue?

I can’ be sure in that case, I expect there may be various configurations you can apply at Cloudflare level which can result in such issues. You can try disabling any redirections at Cloudflare level or undo any recent changes.

    Hi,
Issue never happened before. We have not changed any settings also in cloudflare.

The canonical version of your site seems to redirect to the AMP version at present, while still using transitional mode.

What can be the impact for that? Please provide me a fix to resolve the issue.
    Thanks

Can you temporarily deactivate the Cloudflare plugin and we can check once more?

We are not using Cloudflare plugin directly but Cloudflare was configured on DNS level and caching level. Also using Wp-rocket and Autooptimize.

Thanks for the update. In that case you can try play around with the configurations you’ve applied. I suspect there are features with the plugins which can result in the issue you’re encountering.

I’m happy to check your site to ensure your canonical site loads fine if you’d like to disable each plugin or feature one by one to check the source.

    Hi jamesosborne,
How can i take risk on that by disabling plugin one by one in live site?
A sudden issue happens without any changes in the site.
Is it any GSC error or issue?
    How can we fix that?
Lots of valid map pages getting lost

    Please help..

You don’t have to disable each plugin, you can also troubleshoot with your Cloudflare and caching/optimization plugin configurations, in particular as it was working previously. We’re unable to login to users sites, we can only provide suggestions, as I have done.

    Hi,

I already escalated but got no reply

    Thanks

If your canonical site is not working as normal it’s not a Search Console issue. In transitional mode, which you have active, your non AMP URLs should be assessible.

Please check your optimisation and caching plugin configurations, along with your Cloudfare configurations.

    Hi,

In transitional mode, which you have active, your non AMP URLs should be assessible.

Due to this the pages that already served in google AMP now become non-AMP and an intermediate error page is showing along with a particular image.
Do you think it can decrease our traffic?
    Thanks

    (@zotezo)

Also AUtooptimize will not optimize AMP pages rest WP-rocket do you think it can cause any issue? OR Cloudflare cache is the main issue here.

I can’t be sure, I was unable to reproduce the same issue. There is no issue with your AMP URLs, the problem was with your canonical URLs. From checking today they seem to be loading fine from my side now.
