Checkout issue

Hi I have implemented wordpress multisite network. We are using the payment gateway as CCAvenue with the help of your plugin. As I have told about multisite network, just take an example that I have one site as xyz.com and second as global.xyz.com. I have two queries.
1. How the access code and ?working key work for that ,do I have to create two separate access code and working key if we consider the above example?
2. In the main site(i have provided the link above) while users place an order, it is completed from the CCAvenue side, I can see the order entries in the dashboard of CCAvenue. But after payment completion from CCavenue, users are redirecting to the checkout page in site. Users are not redirecting to the thank you page so that in woocommerce backend I get the order status as pending payment for that orders. Meanwhile other payment gateways redirecting users to thank you page and the flow works perfectly. Can you please help me out with this as soon as possible!
