Elementor do not work with this plugin

Hi @albertmc2,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with Elementor after activating Smush.
There shouldn’t be any conflicts with Smush and Elementor and I’ve tested this on my installation where I was able to use Elementor without any issues while Smush was active.

Could you tell us a bit more info about the issue that you are experiencing, are you unable to start the builder at all, or adding elements is not working, you’re unable to save changes, etc?
Could you open the page where you have this issue, hit F12 on your browser to open the browser console, and tell us if you see any issues there?

Also, can you tell us which version of Smush, Elementor, and WordPress are you using?

If everything is at the latest version and the issue is still there could you please perform a conflict test by disabling all plugins except for Smush and Elementor, switch to the default WP theme, and see if the issue is gone.
If it is, then activate them back one by one until the issue is back which will tell us where the conflict is so we can debug it further.

I suggest doing this test on a staging site or if you don’t have one make sure to have a full backup of the site before performing the test on a live installation.

I can’t do anything with elementor. And if i activated Smush all my plugins stop working, page load speed drops to 30-40 sec.

I’l try to do all Elementor tips to solve problem, but it’s not working. I’l try to deactivated all plugins – not work.
Before installing your plugin i already worked successfully with elementor, and can to change pages.

Thanks for the additional info, however, no matter what I tried on my end doesn’t reproduce the problem you are experiencing, I got a hold of Elementor Pro and installed Astra theme, tweaked the settings around but it still didn’t make any difference, Elementor editor loaded for me fine each time.

Could you go to Elementor > System Info panel and at the bottom of the page download the system info. Upload the file to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and send us the download link by using our contact form:

Send in:

Subject: “Attn: Predrag Dubajic”
– Link to your WordPress site
– Download link to the system info file
– Link back to this thread for reference

You were right, the plugin was not working properly with Elementor PRO. I’l dont try to deactivated him. Thank you for your work!
