• Good evening guys.
I usually run WordPress in a local Virtual Machine. Everything was fine… till a couple of weeks ago.

Every time I try to post something, both articles or custom post types, the object publication is scheduled.
My machine clock is correct, and I set the timezone to Rome (I’m from Italy).
Now it’s 15:03 and my machine says
    > timedatectl
Local time: Mon 2020-10-19 15:03:09 CEST
Universal time: Mon 2020-10-19 13:03:09 UTC
RTC time: Mon 2020-10-19 13:03:10 UTC
    Time zone: Europe/Rome (CEST,+0200)

    System Clock Suncronized: yes
    NTP service: active
    RTC in local TZ: no

What’s the matter? There’s maybe something wrong in setting a time zone different from UTC?

    Thanks

Try recalling what did change in a couple of weeks? Hosting? Updates? Modification?…

No changes in hosting (it is a local machine), no particular modification.
    Updates? I do not remember…

It seems a problem with the date

as far as I remember, the only modification to my VM configuration is the set up of the date and time, creating a symlink to the correct timezone.

    $ sudo ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Rome /etc/localtime

Of course, I tried to delete the link to see if it was causing the issue. No success.
