My backups are missing

    Hi! So apparently we have encountered a bug here where the menu items do not show up. We wanted to restore a backup that we had last week. We were pretty sure it was there as it is listed in the wp-admin and updraft dashboard, if I remembered it right I saw it still has a “View log” section which I presume indicates that the backup was successful but when we tried today the view log is no longer there and we try to restore it, it says that it can find the backup files from the remote storage. So I check it and confirmed that is no longer there however the preceding and following backups of that particular backup we wanted to restore are there. So please let us understand what happened. We wanted to finish the site today as today is the deadline for the project. Please help us understand why it happened. Thank you, an urgent response would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    May I know where your backups are currently stored? It is also possible that the number of backups has already reached the backup retention limit which can be set in the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab. If that happens, UpdraftPlus will automatically delete the oldest backup from the list.
