I am using the filter by attribute block and the products block. Everything works fine on desktop but does not on mobile. Any help please, greatly appreciated.

    Displayed on mobile…

    Ooops!
There was an error loading the content…
Error: The response is not a valid JSON response.

I get the message for both blocks.

  • Hi @nickster72 – I’ve seen this kind of problem before and found that it is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I found the culprit, after 4 hours of digging…but hey, I know how to dig now. If I would have known to use the Console in the Inspect app on chrome, it would have taken 15 minutes.

At setting in the SG Optimizer plugin called

    Combine JavaScript Files
Combine your JavaScript files in order to reduce the number of requests to the server

Was turned on. I did this for obvious reasons. Now OFF, all issues gone.
Moving on to the next thing ??

Sorry it took you so long – @nickster72!
Glad you were able to get that fixed though.
