Variable Details not Showing on Admin Order Details

    When viewing an order that has come in it only has the product that is listed but none of the details such as size and color. They are variable products if that helps. I need the other information in order to send the correct product to customers.

    I can provide logins if needed, but I need this solve please it’s hindering my client’s ability to send products to customers.

    Hi @lazarus232 –

    Is your client running the most recent version of WooCommerce? I know there was a bug of this nature that has been resolved.

    If you can please share your System Status Report, that may help us further troubleshoot. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
