How to set same height of posts?

    Hi,

    I need to have the posts all with same height. How can I achieve this? https://snipboard.io/swp2yc.jpg

    Further the page is built with themify page builder, therefore there is no content in WP text area. Maybe this is the reason why I can’t see any excerpt. But how can I show excerpt event with a pagebuilder? this may also change the height then.
