    We keep getting this email:

    “You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
    For the domain: https://www.rozel.com.my
    The log to paste when you open a support issue:
    Incorrect authentication data”

    No idea why, before that is “Could not open socket” after i resetup all setting in start the wizard, become “Incorrect authentication data” error

    If you have not already solved this, let me try and help.

    Your SMTP server (webmail.rozel.com.my) resolves to a different IP than your main cPanel hosting. This is not a problem, but I wanted to check you are not trying to send from an email account you created on cPanel?

    If you’re not sure what that means, please try chamois.mschosting.com as your SMTP server and see if that resolves the problem.

    The other problem is your SMTP seems to be unauthenticated. Please go into ‘All Settings’ in PostSMTP and then under the heading ‘Transport Settings’, make sure that ‘Authentication’ is set to ‘Login’ and not ‘None’, as your SMTP server probably requires authentication.
