Plugin is slowing down plugin and update pages in wp-admin

    Hi,

    I tried to email you this but the contact form constantly has the “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.” error.

    We are noticing slowdowns when we try to access the updates or plugins pages of wp-admin, and after talking to our host, they noticed slowdown errors coming from the Simple Custom CSS and JS Pro plugin.

    It seems maybe there is a timeout or struggle to access the updater/license domain or similar? There is also a delay when trying to load the license tab in the plugin settings. Our slow log has entries regarding this as well.

    Upon disabling the plugin, everything works as expected and we experience no delays in waiting for either the updates or plugins pages to load.

    Hello,

    unfortunately our hosting service had some outages and we struggled several hours to keep all the services running.

    The contact form issue as well as the slowdowns in the admin were caused by hosting issues we’ve experienced.

    We apologize for the inconveniences.
