[Plugin: Yoast Breadcrumbs] Modification to content displayed

I would like to modify Yoast Breadcrumbs in one of two possible ways — first would be to automatically truncate the length of the post name (some of mine are very long). Second choice to this would be to not display the post name.

Anyone have direction for either scenario?
