Language switch is not working in the top menu

    Submenus are not working in the top menu, and so the language switch doesn’t work also.
    The problem is in theme options, but I do not know, how to fix it.
    Bottom menu work right on PC and mobile, top menu is absent in mobile (it is Ok),
    but works wrong on PC.
