    Hello,

    Thank you for this plugin!

    Is it possible to change where page 1 starts? Page 1 starts on the 3rd page of my PDF.

    I was hoping to get it to match so that when they enter the page number at the bottom it goes to the correct page number relating to the numbers on the PDF.
