dev dependencies in v2.4.0

    Hi there!

    Today I tried to update ACM plugin to version 2.4.0 and found extra 1.5k files added to the plugin. These looks like dev-dependencies: phpcs, wpcs, and so on. I think they are unecessary in prod environment. Please remove them from the package.
