    Hello.

We’ve just launched a site – but now with litespeed caching enabled images are partially loading on iOS.

We have all image optimisations disabled and loading the image assets directly loads the full image.

Am trying to disable the cache to test, as outlined on the page below, but I don’t see the ‘disable all features’ option?
    https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/troubleshoot/

Any pointers on what to test / look for would be great.

    Thanks,

    Ian.

    Hi Qtwrk.

Ah found it, thanks – we’re running multisite so was in the multisite settings page. Sadly disabling all features doesn’t seem to resolve it. But is odd as fairly sure we didn’t have an issue before enabling the caching.

Link to where the images don’t load on iPhone:

    And screenshot:

It’s like the image stops loading midway through, but in console I don’t see any network errors.

    Thanks.

    Ian.

    Hi Qtwrk,

    No change unfortunately.

Perhaps not related the caching system after all.

Will try and put together a reduced test case and see if I can see what’s going on.

    Thanks.

    Ian.

    Hi,

if it still shows that way with cache plugin disabled , then it’s not related to it

also please try clear up browser cache

    Best regards,
