[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Checkboxes Jumbled Together?

Guys, I am trying to get one section of our contact form (that has checkboxes to go straight down, and not all side-by-side.

If anyone can show me where I messed up, I would be very appreciative.

The part that I am referring to is titled: “Living & Family Rooms: Select All That Apply” (as you can see they are all next to each other).

Is there a way to get it to go “one checkbox per line” similar to this: https://www.relocation.com/library/moving_calculator.html (although using a checkbox like we have and not a text box).
