Instagram shortcode no longer working in footer widget

I am using the Smash Balloon plugin to add an Instagram feed to a text widget in footer 1.
I’m not sure what happened but it stopped working.

I reset authorisation and reset the shortcode, and still, nothing featured except the shortcode used [instagram-feed]

After doing some research and adding the shortcode to a page and a post, I’ve come to the conclusion the shortcode no longer works for me in my footer widgets.

Any suggestions as to what to look for to troubleshoot this.
