[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] NextGen Gallery activated – only 2 folders in it: setup & roles

  • I can only see 2 of the folders in my dashboard’s Gallery section, even though NextGen is activated. The folders that I see are ‘setup’ and ‘roles’. My 2 websites https://www.stonegatestablesllc.com/wpress and https://www.thenesterfamily.com

    I use 2 different online hosting sites. I have WordPress installed and am using it on both hosting sites. On one hosting site I have successfully activated and used NextGen Gallery widget and can see all of it’s folders in the dashboard’s Gallery.

    On the other hosting site, I can only see the 2 folders that I mentioned above, so I can’t create any NexGen show. Please help me ‘see’ the rest of the NextGen folders in my dashboard. (I know that all of the folders of NextGen are in my wordpress nexgen-gallery folder because I can see them when I expand the folders ‘plugins and NextGen.)

    No need to answer – the problem was with my hosting site, they don’t allow their customers to upload a full version of WordPress to their accounts…don’t know why. Called them, they said they’d fix it…not holding out much hope for that, though. I’ve many problems with them.
