Calendar shows wrong time

    Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, although I have indicated the correct time everywhere, the events are created incorrectly.

    Example: I have an event that should take place on December 3 (time zone Berlin) from 19 to 21.30 o’clock in the evening. But the system shows that the event is from 3-4 December, 23.30 to 1 o’clock.

    In the backend everything is displayed correct.

    How can I solve the problem? Plugin is up to date. Time zone at wordpress is also set to Berlin time.

    Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site.

    It’s possible that a theme or plugin conflict is causing this issue.

    As a first step, can you try a quick test and see if the functionality works as expected with a bare WordPress install? A bare install is basically a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty and no other plugins besides ours installed. You may want to consider trying this out on a staging site so that you don’t have to switch things around on your live site.

    Yes its problem because of main theme service finder. But the theme support doesn`t answer ??

    Hi @atrickainz

    I’m glad to hear that you were at least able to find the culprit here.

    What you can do is look for the date_default_timezone_set function within your theme files, which should not be used any more.

    You can reach out to your theme support with that information.
