site reviews and Divi Theme

    I try to use your nice plugin within my Divi Theme, but I am experiencing a few problems:
    – the form does not work in a windows environment, overall rating can not be entered, submit button doesn’t work properly
    – I would like to edit the review form (to make it possible to add a picture), but how can I do so? I don’t see the possibility to check or uncheck the fields in the form

    1. This sounds like a javascript problem. Please go to the Site Reviews > Help page and read the “Basic Troubleshooting Steps”. Once you have performed each of those steps, please respond here with the results.

    2. Adding custom fields to the review form is not currently supported. If you would like to try add this on your own, please see: https://pastebin.com/4fvKErcp

    If all you want to do is hide specific fields in the form, please see the Site Reviews > Help > Shortcodes page which tells you how to do this.

    1 the Async Javascript plugin was the problem.thnx!

    2 I thought it was possible for a reviewer to add an image to the review. Am I wrong?

    Images are only possible by adding a custom file input field to the form.

    An Images add-on will be available shortly once Site Reviews v5.0 is released.
