Homepage (Featured) doesn’t show up

This second link is how I have done the site, this view is only seen for me as an editor, while at WordPress plataform. Other people can`t see it and I don′t know why:

Note that that three texts with its symbols just appear in the second link, just for editors. While for anyone else, after the button, it goes directly to “Servi?os”. Can you help me?
