plugin access for shop manager

    Is there any way to grant plugin access for a user with the role of “shop manager” as currently it appears that only users with the role of “admin” are allowed to use it. Can this be achieved via maybe a third party plugin such as “User Role Editor” and if so how?

    Someone asked this question over a year ago however the status is showing as unresolved. I would be grateful for your assistance as I need to give a client access to the plugin who does not require the “admin” role. Thank you.

  • I second this request – the Woocommerce Shop Manager user account should be allowed access to the P2G functions!

    Why was this marked as ‘Resolved’? Currently the Shop Manager account has no access to the P2Go functionality which seems wrong to me.

    Is this fixed in a new release of the plug-in or something?

    I wrote directly to P2G and had a reply on 12/10/20 saying that a request would be submitted by a member of the dev team to review this issue. A period of 2 weeks was mentioned however as to date, I have not seen any new updates so not sure why someone has marked it as resolved unless it is now work in progress with an update to arrive soon. It is though badly needed and seems strange to have been overlooked in the access roles. Fingers crossed for the update!

    Hi, is there any news when the next update of the P2G plugin will be released with access for the shop manager? It is about 6 weeks since I first asked about this however I still not seen any new updates.
