Hi! to my clients from time to time it appears when they log in “the access token has expired, reload the page” as I do to avoid this of the tokem, when I deactivate your plugin it is solved.

    Hi,

May I know where that “access token” is coming from ? and under what circumstances ? like a login form or something ?

Hi! It is a login as a pop-up window. In the administrator mode that does not happen to me, only when they want to enter client mode. The exact message that appears is: “the session token has expired, reload the page and try again”.

    Hi,

Could you please try enable ESI , and see how it goes ?

Hi! It doesn’t work for me, I’m using the Learndash teaching app, and when I do that, everything is deconfigured to the students, that is, their progressions in the course lessons.

    Hi,

If you set cache TTL to shorter time, let’s say 10 hours only , how does it go ?

It improves, but there are still users that continue to happen to them, I imagine that because they already have the message of the token before the time is set, some other solution?, The clients complain.

    Hi,

This sounds like a nonce issue.

could you please contact the login pop-up window plugin/theme author and kindly ask them what is the nonce name they use ?

Hi! you mean the name of the nonce? if so it is this:

    d40663b7d8

Also tell you that the token is no longer happening, only with some users, is there a way to purge the cache to all, or that everyone is free of the problem?

    Hi,

Are you sure this is the nonce name ? d40663b7d8

it looks more like nonce value to me

if you are sure about it , please enable ESI , then in ESI nonce list tab

    add

    d40663b7d8 private

into it , save , purge , and see how it goes

Hello, I had already activated ESI before and I had problems with the progressions of the students in the course. I will not have the same problem if I do what you tell me?

    Hi,

    I’m sorry ?

are you still have problem with it or not ?

I am finding out the name of the nounce, what I mention is that you tell me to activate ESI, however, you had already given me that suggestion before, and when I did it you had problems with a plugin of course lessons, with the progressions.

So, I ask you if there is a way that it does not affect this, since you are again telling me to activate ESI.

    Hi,

the ESI nonce requires ESI to be enabled to work.

Yes, but ESI affects the progression of my virtual courses, is there any way that the “token has expired” no longer appears?

    Hi,

could you please explain how it affects the progression ?

another solution is disable caching on course pages
