    Hi there,

    It sounds like your site might have an identity crisis, yes.

    However, we’re not able to help with this in the forums – to help with this we need to verify you’re the owner of the WordPress.com account that owns the Jetpack connection, and we cannot do that in the forums. Just telling us the email address is not enough. We need an actual email from that address/a support ticket created by the WordPress.com account in question.
