Problem with unwanted padding when I use static image on Home page

  • In “Header media” while customizing the theme, I have the option to set a header image but prefer to have better control over the homepage.

    When I add a static image to the top of the Home page using the Block editor, it always adds a padding of white space above my image.
    How do I remove that padding and make sure my image starts just below the menu bar?
