• Disappointing. Really liked the plugin, but after the update it’s does not fulfill the basic function it was built for anymore. The self-hosted fonts just disappear, and I can’t see a way of downloading them again via the plugin. Hope this gets fixed very soon.

Edit: The plugin-maker responded promptly with a solution, and now everything’s running again smoothly. Hope the new update will fix the bug as well.

    Hi @spression,

I’m working hard to bring the font management idea that you’re speaking of back in OMGF v4.

Until then, you can easily rollback to v3 using the steps provided in this ticket.

Thank you so much, @daanvandenbergh! Very glad for the super quick fix. Everything’s running again as it should, and I hope you are successful in figuring out what went wrong. Thank you in general for the great plugin, it has been a tremendous help!

    All the best!

    Hi again,

Thank you for modifying your review. ??

The decision to remove the Fonts Overview was an attempt to make the plugin easier to use, because I received tons and tons of complaints that the plugin was too complicated.

But, if there’s one thing I learned now, is that there are apparently loads of people (including you) that appreciated the overview and the ability to tweak the loaded fonts.

So, v4.2.x brings it back, with a smoother UX and design. ??

Of course! Definitely couldn’t let it stand like that after your reply ??

It’s always difficult to have to combine so many different interests in one project. Hope everything works well for you! ??
