VFB contact form emails labelled as junk/spam

  • We’re using VFB for contact forms that users can fill out that forward to a Microsoft Outlook email. Now the forms are getting sent to junk mail. Is there something we can do on the VFB end to get all email forms to go to inbox? Or is it just on the email side?
