Give wp square not loading input fields

Hi,
I have installed and configure Square plugin on my website.
When I navigate to the page where I make use of this plugin, I can choose between Paypal and Square.
When I choose square, I have the following fields:
First name, Last name, email, comment and a lot of labels (card number, card code, card postal code and expiry YY/MM). There is no field where I should enter credit card information.
Now if I fill up the following: first name (the only required field) and press ‘Confirmer’ button, I get an error but now all the credit card fields are available.
