Step 3 failed and chrome error

    Hello, thanks for your plugin…

    I’ve successfully created the certificate but step 3 don’t work (test on 5 websites).
    Morevover sometimes chrome block access saying SSL certificate error.

    SSL is valid on cpanel, but the SSL Zen plugin unable to detect the Site SSL.

    “Failed to detect a valid SSL certificate. Your website can take a few minutes to recognize the SSL certificate. Please try again after some time. If it still fails, you have not installed the SSL certificate properly. Click here to report an issue.”

    What is this issue ?

    PS: i precise that i’m not newbie on website…
