Problem with the links in the main menu

Hello,
Although I have read the FAQs but I couldn′t fix the problem with the menu, so if you can help me in some way, I really appreciate it

The website, https://www.lenubu.com, is using 2 languages: English and Spanish. The problem that we found is after switching to English, and even though the menu is translated to English, when you click on the menu, all the items are pointing to the Spanish version instead of the English version.

So for example, when you click on “Brands” it goes to https://www.lenubu.com/marcas instead of https://www.lenubu.com/en/marcas

How can I fix this?
