Hi guys,
Actually, it is showing somehow duplicate and showing like this-2020/03/final-logo.png (+ 10 files)
Are you sure they are duplicates? Can you show me a screenshot?
Anyway can we delete Not attached files which is really not attaching with any?
In the Media Library, not attached to something means that it is only not attached. It might be used in one place or more.
Will it work for multisite?
Yes and no. Each site has to be handled separately. You can install the plugin on the main site (as it is the one holding the files for your plugins), but the Media Cleaner database and environment will be ran separately on each site. There is no choice on this; the environment is extremely important for Media Cleaner. It can’t be ran from the main site.
Automatic or scheduled feature
Another yes and no ?? It’s very hard to schedule this, as the Media Cleaner process is very expensive in term of server-power. It analyzes everything about your install, every bit of data, and go through all your images and/or files. Scheduling this from the WordPress Admin would be a terrible mistake, and it would also be very hard to manage. I invite you to check how the WP Cron is working, and you will understand why it is a really bad idea ?? In the case of database cleaning, that is a very fast and simple process, so of course it can be done without any problem. For images and files, it’s a totally different level.
That said, with the Pro version, and a developer/technical person, you can implement that automatic or scheduled process to be ran on the server-side (on your server, not by your WordPress) using WP-CLI. Media Cleaner has support for that, and many of my users do this: https://meowapps.com/media-cleaner-tutorial/#WPCLI. This is for very experienced users.
