How to Limit Title length

    The help information for widget (obsolete) says “limit title” (length) is also available in the shortcode. Where is the complete information for the shortcode options? I can only find piecemeal information for those.

    Yes, I saw that page and that list. Thank you. However, as you can see, there is no explanation of how to limit the size (number of characters) in the title. So, if the title is 3 or more lines in my display, it ends up being too big for the box.

    As I mentioned in my original post, the documentation for the (obsolete) widget says the options are the same for widget and shortcode. But, I cannot find the proper shortcode option for limiting the title size.

    Under RSS Aggregator > Templates, open the Template editor page for the Template you’re using.

    With the Core plugin, there is just one Default Template.

    In the Template Options section, set the ‘Title maximum length’ to the desired number of characters for the title. Please note that this will set only the number of characters and not the words.

    Does that fulfil your requirement?
