Dashboard Reset

    Hello,

    We posted Here but was ask to post here.

    We have a WP that we need help with. We are trying to reset the dashboard, without loosening the info on the store. Our dashboard looks like this https://snipboard.io/Wl6exR.jpg.

    If anyone know how we can reset this, or if it can.

  • Looks like its coming from your Ali2Woo plugin. I see from the other thread that you have tried deactivating it. Nevertheless, its an Ali2Woo screen. As that’s a commercial plugin, www.remarpro.com is unable to support it. You should ask the plugin vendor’s support service about the issue.

    Hi lorro (@lorro),

    So you do think its coming form Ali2Woo? I will talk to them. And see of they can fix it. I was think it might have been something custom page, like a CSS coding.

    To find out if its custom coding, temporarily switch to a default theme, say Storefront, and check. This will take any custom coding out-of-play but leave plugins intact.

    I think its a custom coding as the themes options, is no longer there.

    Yes if you change themes, the original theme’s options won’t be there. But your screenshot still shows the custom Dashboard screen, so that must be coming from a plugin, most probably the ali2woo one.
