    Hello
When using Cloudflare to cache my woocommerce-driven website, and after filling all the checkout fields and clicking “Place Order”, the loading sign shows for a long time and after a while, the page scrolls up showing an empty error message. The order is actually placed and I can find it in my admin dashboard, but this error keeps happening.
Pausing Cloudflare caching on my website seems to resolve the issue. Please note that I have the checkout, cart, and account pages excluded from caching within the Cloudflare settings.

I hope you can help me as using cloudflare is essential for my business.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi there @gandstein,

If the issue resolves itself with Cloudflare’s proxied DNS disabled, I’d recommend reaching out to Cloudflare support directly. As you mentioned, we do recommend excluding the WooCommerce pages from caching solutions, so if there is a problem related to caching, Cloudflare’s team would be in the best position to assist further.

    Hi @gandstein,

It’s been a while since we’ve heard back from you. Hopefully, you were able to get this worked out with Cloudflare’s support. If you need anything else, please open up a new thread and we’ll be happy to help out.

    Thanks!
