Pending approval by MailPoet, unable to send newsletter

Hello,
I have got a problem with my MailPoet plugin.
I signed up for a free Premium account a few days ago.
When I check the settings of the key activation it is states:
v Your key is valid
v The MailPoet shipping service is active
v MailPoet Premium is active
Note: Your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
Rest assured, this will only take a few hours. Until then, you can still send email samples to yourself. All active automatic emails, such as welcome emails, will be paused.I’ve also already made a list with one subscriber and a first newsletter to test everything. However, when I save the design of my newsletter and continue to the send process, the send button is not active. Below the button is the text:
“You will be able to send emails soon once our team has reviewed your account. In the meantime, you can send samples to your authorized addresses.”
But even sending such a sample to a authorized adress is not possible. Or I can’t find out how to do it.
Can anybody help me with this problem? Does it take that long to get an approval by the MailPoet team? Or am I doing something wrong?
