500 Internal Server Error

    Hey, I’m facing 500 internal server error on a website where I am a content moderator. Although website is working great with generatepress theme, actually we love this theme, sometimes website shows 500 internal server error. The strange part is it shows error only on this page supertennisracquet.com

    Other pages are working fine. When we switched to another theme, error didn’t appear. So I suspect, this is something related to the theme. Can you help me fix this issue?

    Need it be fixed asap.

    Hi there,

    500 is a server error so I really don’t see how this could be related to the theme – we’ve never had this reported either.

    Have you tried disabling all plugins to test if there is a conflict somewhere?

    I would recommend checking with your hosting support to see if they can help to identify the issue as well.

    If the above doesn’t help, do you see any specific errors in the error log?
