Thank you for your hard work on this wonderful plug-in.

After some of the latest changes I see the display of sub-categories is no longer being built correctly.

I have multiple subcategories like so:

    MAIN 1
    MAIN 2
    —SUB 2A
    —SUB 2B
    MAIN 3
    —SUB 3A
    —SUB 3B

These are being put into the SUBSCRIBE Category list in the widget as follows:

    MAIN 1
    MAIN 2
    —SUB 2A
    —SUB 2B
    —MAIN 3
    —SUB 3A
    —SUB 3B

Let me know if you need screen captures. Cheers!

You are correct, I see the same issue in my local test site. It occurs when two categories with children are directly behind each other. This will be fixed in the next release coming up shortly

Fixed indent for the category and taxonomy treeview
Fixed picking up categories from trashed subscriber
Removed requirement for at least one category

New version 2.4.4 released just now.

    Have fun, Sidney

Better, but still one remaining related issue.

My guess is this remaining problem happens EITHER when there are sub-menu as the very last categories OR if you exclude a category before a sub-menued item?

    Turned:

    MAIN 1
    MAIN 2 (EXCLUDED “Uncategorized” Category)
    MAIN 3
    —SUB 3A
    —SUB 3B

    Into:

    MAIN 1
    >MAIN 3
    >SUB 3A
    —-SUB 3B

    Cheers!

The filter categories / taxonomies has been redesigned. This was triggered by the fact that the categories / taxonomies are now displayed in a sorted tree view list. This means that the filter for “in” only accepts level 0 categories / taxonomies.
For filtering “out” any category / taxonomy can be enterred.

A new version 2.4.5 is released

    Have fun, Sidney
