    Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with this. After activate I got the following message: Ultimate 410 encountered an error. Table mysite_ultimate_410 is missing;

    Whats is it? How can I fix it? Thank You

  • @clinicaleger, I have the same issue. Did it work in the end despite that warning, or no? I’m wondering if this plugin has any support for it… :-/

    @tinyweb, any input?

    @7iebenschlaefer, can you assist? There are no other decent 410 plugins available it seems, so if this one is legit, it would be most helpful!

    Hi @3cstudio and @clinicaleger,
    sorry for the late reply, there was a mix-up in communication on our end…

    We can reproduce the error message, it doesn’t prevent the plugin from running however and the table gets created properly. We’ll get rid of the error in a release asap.

    I hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Alex

    @alpipego, thanks for the response – an update would be great as well. I will go ahead and begin to populate the pages that require the 410 status code.
    Thanks again!

    @clinicaleger did you see this error in a tool like Query Monitor? If yes, there is nothing we can do about it and it happens with every plugin you install that adds custom tables.

    @3cstudio did you encounter any actual issue with the plugin?

    Not yet – I wanted to clear up the error message before using the plugin fully – just in case there was an outside chance it wasn’t doing what it said it could do. ??

    The error message is in Query Monitor on activation and that’s it, correct? If yes, go ahead and add your URLs, everything should be fine.

    No. It’s on all wp-admin pages at the top:

    Ultimate 410 encountered an error. Table wp_ultimate_410 is missing;

    I’ll work on adding URLs regardless.

    Thanks for the update, I’ll have to look into it further then.
    If the table is really missing, you shouldn’t be able to add URLs though as they can’t be saved.

    If that’s the case, can you please tell me what version of WordPress you’re running?

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Alex

    Ah, OK – I am on WP 5.5.1

    Update: I just changed the Theme to Twenty Twenty and it remained in the top area of wp-admin.

    If you have access to the db, can you please check if the table PREFIX_ultimate_410 exists?
