plugins for tracking various repair requests

I am looking for a plugins that would allow me to follow up on maintenance requests for a condominium complex. For example I would like to be able for applicants to register the request (eg my door is broken) via a form. Subsequently I would like to be able to follow up on requests via the plugins (so a database that would store the data).
I only find Woocommerce plugins with invoicing etc …
It may be a paid plugins but if it’s free it’s better. I am looking for nothing sophisticated but which allows me to follow up on the progress of the work.Thank you
