    Hi!

I’ve been trying to setup the transactional Customer SMS. So I was trying to set the Sender Type to Own Number Sender ID.

I did that but the SMS received is from the default Sender ID (TopInfo). How can I make this work?

    Hi @nikoy,

    In which country this happens?

If the country you selected doesn’t support Own number sender ID (check the price list for this https://www.bulkgate.com/en/pricing/sms …if you select the country and don’t see the price for Own number sender ID, then it’s not supported there), then the SMS message will be sent with the Sender ID instead.

    Philippines.

There is a price for Mobile Connect, so I guess it’s supported.

It’s still sending with Sender ID even though it was setup to Own Number.

Would really need this to work. THank you.

Unfortunately, the Own number sender ID is not supported in the Philippines.

Mobile Connect allows you to take advantage of your mobile plan’s free (or cheap) messages, not necessarily to use your own telephone number to send bulk messages.

If you have anything else, please contact our support team directly.

    Thank you.
